MARK COLVIN: The Federal Government has announced details of its review of the renewable energy target and specifically, the impact it’s having on power prices.
The Government argues the market has changed since the target was set and there’s now an oversupply of electricity.
The man appointed to head the review is a self-confessed climate change sceptic, who’s previously argued the science isn’t settled.
